As you maybe aware the O & M sheds, which are currently in a very poor state of repair, have been left vacant and out of use for a number of years. Cordwell Leisure Developments Ltd are considering plans for the redevelopment / refurbishment of these important dock side sheds.

 

We are in the process of considering proposals for the retention and refurbishment of both the O & M shed to provide 3 quality cafe / restaurant / retail units which will improve the locaiton and facilities within the area, whilst maintaining these important City buildings.

 

As a relevant stakeholder/occupier of land in the vicinity of the site, we appreciate that you will be interested in proposals for the site’s development.
