Established in 1990, Cordwell Property Group is a successful, family run, property company delivering projects throughout the United Kingdom in both private and public sectors.

 

Malcolm Wilcox
Director

As a Chartered Surveyor for over 52 years, Malcolm has significant property experience and has been involved in major development projects throughout the United Kingdom.

Cordwell has delivered many intuitive development schemes over the years and Malcolm has been​ at the Centre  of the creative design of each project, displaying skills and expertise in market concepts, site assembly and acquisition, planning, financing and investment management.

Malcolm played a major part in the establishment of Birmingham's Hospitality transformation with the establishment of the ICC Convention Centre, Symphony Hall, Hyatt Hotel and the Broad Street Leisure Quarter which recognised Birmingham as one of the leading Convention Centres in the World.

Tom Wilcox
Director

Tom joined Cordwell in 2002 and is responsible for development delivery. He has direct responsibility for the identification of new land opportunities and liaises with project teams, professionals, agents and operators.

In recent years Tom has delivered projects involving tenants including Marks & Spencer, Travelodge, McDonalds, Vue, Lidl, to name but a few and is responsible for delivery of in excess of 200,000sqft of mixed use space throughout the United Kingdom.

Hilary Pitchford
Finance Manager

Hilary manages Cordwell's accounts department, accounts payable and is responsible for the day to day finance and administration matters at the company. Hilary joined Cordwell in 1985 and is in her 32nd year of service to the company.
