Cordwell in association with Eastleigh Borough Council assembled a major frontage site opposite the railway station and close to Southampton International Airport.
The development, which was completed in April 2012 consists of a 60 bed Travelodge Hotel and 5,200 sq ft of retail space and was completed on time and within budget.
The design of the hotel included a green, sustainable flat roof and rain water harvesting.
